Week 1: Awareness and Acceptance of Emotions
Discover how to name and accept what you’re feeling without judgment. In our first hour, you’ll connect with your emotions through guided breathwork, learn the biblical foundations for emotional honesty, and set a compassionate baseline for your journey. By the end, you’ll leave with clarity on what you’re experiencing and a simple practice you can return to daily.
Week 2: Noticing
Build your emotional radar – notice patterns, triggers, and the physical signs emotions show in your body. This session guides you through breathwork designed to sharpen awareness, so you can catch emotions early and respond with intention rather than reaction. Expect practical insights you can apply in real moments, guided by scripture-backed perspectives on awareness.
Week 3: Naming
Move from feeling to labeling your emotions with precision. We’ll combine breath cues with affirmations to help you identify what you’re truly experiencing (e.g., “I feel overwhelmed,” “I feel anxious about…”) and begin to separate emotion from interpretation. Naming brings relief, clarity, and a path to healthier choices.
Week 4: Feeling
Allow yourself to fully experience emotions—both the hard and the healing ones—without suppressing them. This session emphasizes safe sensations, compassionate self-talk, and breathwork that creates space for vulnerability. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how feelings shape thoughts and actions, in a supportive, biblically grounded setting.
Week 5: Sharing
Embrace the healing power of community by responsibly sharing your emotional journey. We’ll practice heart-centered breathwork that opens you up to connection, followed by guided group discussion in a safe, confidential environment. Learn how vulnerability strengthens relationships and accelerates growth.
Week 6: Choosing
Turn insight into action. This final week focuses on intentional decision-making aligned with your values and emotional health, supported by a renewing breathpractice and an action plan for ongoing growth. Leave with clear next steps, spiritual grounding, and a personal commitment to healthier emotional living.
